Refund and Exchange Policy
No refunds on tickets - all sales are final.

No ticket exchanges done on day of show (for that day's performance). Ticket exchanges may be available in advance under certain circumstances. Please contact the box office prior to the day of performance.

Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (Memorial Auditorium). All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
